India’s one of the most renowned real estate developer Godrej Properties approached PrimeValue Marketing Services to arrange a project launch for its one of the projects based in Mamurdi, Pune. Far away hustles and bustles of Pune city, it was one of the promising projects for investors. The property launch program was to be launched for February, March and April 2019.

Challenges
  1. Creating robust brand awareness programs across the target market for optimal conversion on the launch
  2. Generating maximum leads to reach the target set by the client.
  3. Leveraging all platforms (traditional and digital) to reach a wider target audience (IT Corporate).
  4. To grant permission to host the project launch programs.
  5. To sell the property costs 44 lacs onwards in an outskirt place like Mamurdi.

Execution
  • In order to achieve our objectives, we follow a multi-platform approach. A team of ours worked towards securing permission to get Maharashtra Cricket Association stadium to host the launch program.
  • Another team worked dedicatedly to set up the launch platforms in the stadium. Invitation to promoters of the projects was also sent.
  • Our target was to reach to a market that included High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) who aspire to invest in a property (that has future prospects).
  • We mainly approached investors, second home buyers through our marketing campaigns.
